Liberty Mutual Rebrand Pitch


THE PROBLEM:  LIBerty mutual offers coverage that can be tailored to anyone, but their ad campaign lacked humanity and humor. 

THE SOLUTION: To show Liberty mutual's human and humorous side—and to show how their coverage can be tailored to anyone—they used one of the most iconic characters in pop culture: homer simpson.

Homerized Policies:

We will make insurance plans something people want to share by converting policies into fun videos. We’ll take each part of a tailored policy and translate it into a Homer moment, creating a fun supercut.

D’OH-A-THON

Liberty Mutual Insurance will host an entertainment event to launch the campaign: a Simpsons marathon of Homer’s greatest calamities on FXX. Every time an on-screen accident occurs, a lower-third graphic will appear with the name of the insurance that would cover that accident.
